COACHING

Coaching that starts with you

Sometimes you don't need another expert telling you what to do.

You need someone who will listen, ask the right questions, help you make sense of what's going on and work alongside you to find a way forward.

Thinkers Guild coaching provides supportive, practical and neurodiversity-informed coaching for young people and parents.

Teen Life Coaching: A space to understand yourself and find your way

Growing up can be complicated enough without trying to navigate friendships, expectations, emotions, school, family life and an increasingly confusing world at the same time.

Coaching gives young people a safe, supportive space to talk things through, understand themselves better and work out what they want.

Sessions can explore things such as:

  • Confidence and self-esteem
  • Understanding emotions and managing overwhelm
  • Friendships and relationships
  • Communication
  • Motivation and getting things done
  • Problem-solving
  • Decision-making
  • Navigating change
  • Identifying strengths and interests
  • Working towards personal goals

No lectures. No judgement. No telling you who you should be.

Just a space to think, explore and work things out.

Parent Coaching: From conflict to connection

Parenting a child who experiences the world differently can be rewarding, funny and wonderful — and sometimes completely exhausting.

Parent coaching provides a space to step back from the immediate problem, understand what might be happening underneath it and explore different ways forward.

We can work together around:

  • Communication and connection
  • Behaviour as communication
  • Emotional regulation and co-regulation
  • Conflict and de-escalation
  • Understanding neurodivergence
  • Boundaries and expectations
  • Supporting your child's independence
  • Navigating difficult situations
  • Finding approaches that work for your family

This isn't about perfect parenting.

It's about understanding your child, understanding yourself and finding ways to make family life work better for everyone.

How Coaching Works

Online, individual and tailored to you

Coaching takes place online in 45-minute sessions.

Rather than following a fixed programme, sessions are shaped around the individual and the goals they want to work towards.

Six-session blocks

Coaching is offered in blocks of six sessions, giving enough time to build a relationship, explore what's going on and work towards meaningful change.

A collaborative approach

You are the expert in your own life.

My role isn't to give you all the answers. It's to listen, ask questions, offer different perspectives and help you find the answers that work for you.

Who is coaching for?

Young people aged 11+ who want support with understanding themselves, building confidence or navigating life's challenges.

Parents who want a fresh perspective, practical support and somewhere to think things through without judgement.
